EXCHANGING GOODS

If you got the wrong size, that’s OK. We’ll exchange your shoes for a different pair. All you need are 2 steps. So, how does it work?

STEP 1 - CHOOSING NEW GOODS

  1. Open the email with the order confirmation that you have received from us.
  2. Briefly state in the reply which goods you have purchased from us (the article, name and size) and which goods you would like to exchange them for. The new goods must be chosen from the current range of models and sizes available at the www.botas.cz e-shop.
  3. If you cannot find the order confirmation in your inbox, email this information to

STEP 2 - SENDING THE EXCHANGED GOODS

  1. Place the undamaged, clean and complete goods in the original box together with the invoice (you can enclose the completed Goods Replacement form).
  2. Pack the box in packing film, paper, a plastic bag or a large transport container. Do not adhere anything onto the original box!
  3. Send the package to: BOTAS a.s., the Sales Department, Smetanova 842, 539 73 Skuteč, the Czech Republic
  4. After receiving and assessing the goods you wish to exchange, we will send you the replacement goods. We will standardly inform you of this by email.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
      • Don’t send the goods C.O.D. – they won’t be accepted.
      • You can only replace the goods within 14 days of receiving them.

Who pays the postage?

    • You pay the postage for any goods you send to us.
    • We will pay to send the replaced goods back to you, provided you return the goods within 14 days and this involves the first exchange. Otherwise, you will be charged the postage according to the used type of transport. We standardly send any replacement goods in the same way as the first order.
    • Postage abroad is always charged.

The conditions for replacing the goods

    • The goods must be returned within 14 days of their receipt.
    • The goods must not have been worn and must be capable of resale.
    • The goods must be packed in their original packaging which must not have been spoiled (for example, through the use of adhesive tape and so on)
    • The goods must have been purchased from the www.botas.cze-shop.
    • The goods must be sent to the address of BOTAS a.s., NOT to a courier service’s point of issue.
