If you don’t like the goods or they don’t fit and you haven’t been able to choose anything else, that’s OK. Return them to us within 14 days and we will refund your money.


  1. 1. Open the email with the order confirmation that you have received from us. State in your reply that you are withdrawing from the sales agreement and that you are returning the goods. If you cannot find the order confirmation in your inbox, email this information to Don’t forget to include the account number /strong>, for the refund. Send the email.
  2. 2. Place the undamaged, clean and complete goods in the original box together with the invoice (you can enclose the completed Withdrawal from the Agreement form).
  3. 3. Pack the box in packing film, paper, a plastic bag or a large transport container. Do not adhere anything onto the original box!
  4. 4. Send the package to: BOTAS a. s. v likvidaci, the Sales Department, Smetanova 842, 539 73 Skuteč, the Czech Republic.
  5. 5. The money will be refunded to your account within 14 days of the receipt of the goods.


        • Don’t send the goods C.O.D. – they won’t be accepted
        • Only send the goods to the address of the BOTAS company
        • You can only withdraw from the sales agreement within 14 days of the receipt of the goods


Who pays the postage?

  • You pay the postage for any goods you send to us.


The conditions for exchanging goods

  • The goods must be returned within 14 days of their receipt
  • The goods must not have been worn and must be capable of resale
  • The goods must be packed in their original packaging which must not have been spoiled (for example, through the use of adhesive tape and so on)
  • You must not have damaged or depreciated the goods in any way
