We would like to invite you to the superstudio at Bubenská 1 in Prague 7 to the presentation of the botas 66 brand at the 12th annual Design Days in Prague - Designblok 2010.
After last year’s extraordinary success, Botas a.s. has once again prepared a number of innovations. The botas 66 exposition will once again be created in an original design for this year’s DB.
We have prepared a number of innovations for DB in cooperation with our external collaborators Jan Kloss and Jakub Korouš.
Newly designed models for 2011 in the time-tested botas Classic 66 line will be on display.
Also exhibited will be a new line of RUN models with a textile upper in combination with split leather velure and a new jogging outsole based on Botas models from the 80’s.
Newly introduced will also be models from the new MID line that is being prepared. These shoes have a higher leather upper following in the footsteps of the botas basketball shoes from the 1960’s and 70’s.
For a new lifestyle in global metropolises, new PP models for city biking (see www.pedal-project.com and www.66gallery.cz) will also be introduced as a part of the Pedal Project.
A hot new item in the new botas 66 - LIMITED EDITION will be the extravagant Toxique model, which was prepared in cooperation with the Najbrt studio and the band Toxique. These shoes will also be sold at the exhibition. Also "BOTY HRŮZY" [Horror’s Shoes] - two more models designed by Michal Hrůza - have been prepared in this edition. Also the new innovative design of the packaging-box was specially created for the LIMITED EDITION.
All three of the models described above, together with the special XCLNT Gambrinus model, will be on sale already during October in the Botas mail-order store and in Prague in the 66 GALLERY - BOTAS CONCEPT STORE and in selected Bata stores.
